Default Camera Angle, looking through my chars eyes.

I have done something and now I can no longer see my char, I am looking through her eyes. It's making me feel physicaly sick

Using the zoom just makes her look up and down, or around.

I have searched through manuals and this site but can't find an answer to find out how to change this mode of view.

I have tried restarting but its set itself as a default.

Would really appreciate some help as this mode is unplayable for me.

Does your mouse have a scroll function? Try that, if not, there must be a button to switch 1st and 3rd person views in the control settings.

Yes, normally the scroll wheel on the mouse controls zoom. If you've tweaked the settings then it could be reassigned. I believe that there is an option to return the settings to default, if needed.

My apologies I should of mentioned I use a laptop, it has no mouse, it uses a touch pad, with two keys equivelent to those on a standard mouse with no wheel.

If memory serves correctly Anet added the ability to bind the function of the scroll wheel to keys so you may have to find it in the options and set it to some unused keys or otherwise see what it is set to.
